Full provider details
Pre-launch draft. Provider and processor details must be completed and legally reviewed before live subscription sales.
WordPress and WooCommerce
The WordPress plugin embeds published exhibitions. The E-commerce plan imports public product details and optimized images from a connected WooCommerce store. Product cart, payment, tax, shipping and order handling remain in the merchant’s WooCommerce system. The merchant operates their own store and extensions. Complex product options are configured on the product page. The GalleryLab subscription is a separate service fee.
The service
GalleryLab lets you create, store, publish and export virtual exhibitions. The provider is identified in the Legal notice. Accounts require adulthood and a valid email address. You must be authorized to act for an organization.
Plans and charges
Free includes 1 gallery, 10 artworks per gallery and 100 MB total storage. Pro includes 5 galleries, 150 artworks per gallery, 1 GB storage, product links and prices. E-commerce includes 10 galleries, 250 artworks per gallery, 3 GB storage and 2000 artwork library records. Built-in furniture is excluded from artwork counts; imported GLB models and books count. The technical ceiling is 250 objects per gallery. Original files count toward storage. Pro is EUR 39/month or EUR 390/year; E-commerce is EUR 79/month or EUR 790/year before tax; checkout shows the final total. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
Renewal, cancellation and plan changes
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period. Cancel in the billing portal; paid access continues until the paid period ends. Free limits then apply: excess exhibitions and over-limit publications are unavailable publicly, and product links and prices are hidden. A plan change does not delete saved content; editable backups remain downloadable. Price changes are communicated in advance and do not alter a period already paid for.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or termination rights for online service contracts, are not excluded. EU consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion; details depend on service commencement and express requests. Merely signing in does not waive these rights. Send requests to the contact in the Legal notice with your account email and purchase date.
Content and rights
Rights to uploaded content remain with you or the rights holder. Only upload works, images, models and personal data you may store, display publicly and redistribute in exports. The provider receives permission to store, process and display content as needed to operate the service. Public exports can be copied and are not DRM. Illegal content, malware, unauthorized access and use of another person’s account are prohibited.
Publishing, export and commerce
Saving creates a draft; publishing separately updates the public version. Downloaded ZIPs are independent snapshots and require replacement on your own hosting. Commercial links lead to external websites: GalleryLab is not the seller, payment intermediary or auctioneer for those items. The merchant is responsible for sales terms, product descriptions and fulfillment.
Availability, backups and termination
Maintenance or faults may interrupt the service; there is no uptime guarantee without a separate SLA. Download project backups regularly. Illegal use or security threats may result in proportionate restrictions, with advance notice where possible. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected. Use the Legal notice contact for complaints, account deletion or rights requests.
