Choose your guide
In Studio, open AI guide. Choose an owned GLB from your account or upload one, give the guide a name, choose male or female voice and the default English or Hungarian language. Voice preview plays a short sample without a microphone. Animated models work best; mouth bones are detected when possible. Adjust model size, position, following and animation clips in object properties.
AI guide is a separate add-on. Pricing and package allowances are not final; checkout and automatic charges are not active. Trial access is shown explicitly. Save and publish guide changes to update the live exhibition. Portable ZIPs retain the character and following but do not include paid AI access.
Who can talk
Choose guest access, signed-in 3dGallery accounts, or verified email. Email links are single-use and valid for 15 minutes; verified access lasts up to 24 hours and is scoped to this publication and revision. It does not create a Studio account or subscribe the visitor to marketing. The verification window also supports embedded galleries; return there after opening the email link. If popups or third-party storage are restricted, open the gallery separately. Browsing and object information do not require guide verification.
Allowances and privacy
Operational controls set conversation length, daily starts per visitor and daily gallery allowance. A verified visitor cannot reset their allowance by requesting a new link. Issued starts reserve the full configured provider maximum conservatively; operator-granted monthly add-on allowance can also apply. The authorized test owner is exempt. Hosted connections use an encrypted, short-lived, one-use server gateway ticket: provider signed URLs are not delivered to the browser. Server duration enforcement prevents client-side timer bypass. Provider credit and workspace restrictions still apply.
Microphone access and conversation data-processing consent remain separate, explicit actions. You can mute, switch hold/continuous microphone mode, end the conversation or forget verification. No audio or transcript is stored by 3dGallery. Scoped verification hashes and expiring access records support access protection; account usage shows aggregate completed connections and connected time for up to 32 days, not the provider invoice.
