Inspect and free storage
- Save and close other editor tabs, then open Account → Storage management → Inspect uploads.
- Review the filenames, bytes and references. Originals, prepared textures, previews and audio all use storage.
- Detach unused draft media only when it is no longer needed in that project’s media tray. This removes a reference, not a physical file.
- Permanently delete only reviewed unused uploads. Versions, library records, custom catalogue photos and publication snapshots can still protect a file. If removal is pending, retry it; the quota decreases after deletion finishes.
What visitors can see
Published galleries and their required display media are public. Private drafts, source uploads and inquiry notes are not part of visitor exports. The service operator has separately protected support/administration access as described in Privacy. Only upload content you may display and redistribute. A public gallery is not DRM; visitors can copy its display files.
Browser preferences and account data
Language, graphics and personal visitor shortlists are browser preferences. Clearing site data removes them; blocked browser storage gives temporary preferences instead. Download available account data in Account, keep editable backups private, and use the Legal/Privacy contact for account-erasure or data-rights requests. Cancelling a plan is not an account-erasure request.
