Editable project backup
Download a project ZIP before major changes. It contains the gallery document and its project media, including private originals, for later import/editing. Keep this backup private. It is different from a visitor export and does not include your private collector inbox. Re-imported media receives new identifiers and its gallery references are updated.
Independent visitor ZIP
- Download the web/visitor ZIP from Export.
- Extract the whole archive and upload its files to a static HTTP/HTTPS hosting folder, preserving relative paths.
- Open that folder’s index.html through its web URL and test walking, images, audio and catalogue. Double-clicking a file on your computer is not the same as serving it over HTTP.
- Embed that URL if desired. After later edits, export/upload a new snapshot; this copy does not follow hosted Publish automatically.
