Shortcuts do not run while typing or inside protected dialogs. On mobile use the object list’s multiple-selection control and Properties buttons; the 2D and 3D placement modes remain separate from camera movement.
Angle dial reference
Drag the dial in 1° steps, use ± buttons or type a value and press Enter. Focus the dial and use arrow keys for 1°, Page Up/Down for 10°, or Home/End for its limits. A completed drag is one undo operation; cancellation leaves the saved angle unchanged.
