WooCommerce cart and checkout
In a gallery embedded by the connected WordPress plugin, eligible WooCommerce objects show current shop prices, stock and supported variations. Add to cart uses the shop’s native cart and first-party session; checkout, shipping, taxes and payment stay in WooCommerce. Complex/custom product configurations open the original product page. A standalone link or exported ZIP cannot promise the embedded live cart workflow.
Product links and availability
For non-imported works, add a product link and choose More information or Buy artwork when your plan allows. Set Available, Reserved or Sold; reserved/sold objects hide the buy action. This button sends visitors to your external shop and does not process payment inside 3dGallery.
Receive and manage inquiries
- In Gallery settings → Inquiry form, enable reception and enter the gallery name, contact email and your own public privacy-notice URL. Save and publish.
- Visitors can send an inquiry for one work or up to 20 shortlisted works with name, email, message and consent. This is not an order.
- Open Collector inquiries to search, filter, change status and save private notes. Save unfinished notes before switching/refreshing/exporting. CSV exports all saved owned inquiries, not just filtered rows.
- Reply using your own mail app. No automatic acknowledgement is sent; visitor email addresses are not verified.
The inbox retains at most 2,000 inquiries per account for 180 days, cleaned on a later store update/inbox load. Inquiries and private notes never enter visitor or project exports. Portable ZIPs retain email contact rather than hosted form submission.
