Step 2: gallery and products
Choose the existing target gallery or Create new gallery. Select individual products by name/SKU/ID with pagination, or use a category selection. Only public eligible products are included; variation choices remain attached to their parent product. The selection maximum is 250 products, but required furniture must also fit the 250-total-object limit. Import requires the account’s WooCommerce entitlement.
Map actual dimensions, including custom fields
- Set width, height/length and optional depth/thickness to the fields containing the physical product dimensions.
- Choose WooCommerce dimensions, discovered numeric custom/ACF fields or attributes; an advanced known field name can also be configured. Each axis has its own unit.
- For rugs, length corresponds to gallery height/length. Shipping package dimensions may describe packaging rather than the artwork: do not assume they are correct.
- Review the measured/estimated/default axis labels. Missing width/height needs explicit estimation consent; missing depth uses the clearly configured default thickness. Invalid or ambiguous numbers block import rather than being silently clamped.
Placement rules and precedence
Choose Wall, Floor, Pedestal or Floating shelf per category/tag and set a default. Precedence is product override → matching tag → matching category (including descendants) → default. Within a group, the first matching rule wins. Review each product before import; a category name alone does not identify the ideal placement. Rugs use wall/floor rug geometry and cannot be assigned to a pedestal/shelf as a rug.
Steps 3 and 4: create, review and publish
- Save step 2, then review dimensions, placements, image omissions and total count in step 3.
- Start a fresh import. The job captures selection, mapping, rules and target gallery; Resume uses that captured setup.
- Open the generated draft in the hosted editor. Adjust layout and Publish when ready, unless you deliberately enabled automatic publication.
- Return to step 4, refresh the account/exhibitions, select/copy the publication and finish setup.
