Reuse an artwork

Open Artwork library to upload works, save a selected exhibition object as a library record, and organise records with collections/tags. Insert selected works into an existing gallery or create a new automatic exhibition. Placed objects are copies: editing a library record does not silently change earlier exhibition placements. Unsaved library changes require Save, Discard or Keep editing before switching tasks.

Import metadata from CSV

1. Upload and correctly type the source images/models first. Export a CSV to use its current column names and record IDs.
2. Match an existing record by id or unique original filename. An id takes priority; duplicate filenames need an id. The CSV does not fetch remote image URLs.
3. Enter sizes in the explicitly named centimetre columns. Review the preview and apply it only after the intended records/values are correct.
4. Save before exporting or continuing an automatic exhibition.
