Independent galleries
Use the exhibition menu or Account to choose a gallery. Each has its own floor plan, objects, draft and live publication. Creating another gallery requires a free gallery slot. A shared library record is a reusable source; placed copies are independently editable.
Checkpoints and restoration
- Save your current draft and open Exhibition menu → Versions and copies.
- Create a named checkpoint before changing dimensions, importing many works or rebuilding a WooCommerce layout.
- Review the chosen saved version before restoring it. Restoration changes the draft; inspect the result and publish separately to change the live exhibition.
- Duplicate when you want an independent variant. Reused media is retained; a duplicate needs its own publication.
